General Information

The CHHS Panther Choir travels annually to engage in performance, competition, and expose students to historical and cultural events as part of our effort to provide a well rounded educational experience in our program. Trips vary each year to provide different opportunities throughout the student’s high school experience including an international trip for 10-12th graders every three years. 

Student Registration

All students enrolled in the CHHS Choir program are eligible for travel on this trip. Registrations will be accepted starting on May 15 on a first come, first serve basis. The trip will be capped at 54 adult/student travelers. When we reach 54 registrations you will be put on a waiting list as space becomes available. If space is still available late registrations with a condensed payment schedule can be taken at the start of the Fall semester. 

Students can register by returning the trip contract to the choir office starting at 8:30 am on May 15. Parents of incoming 9th graders please feel free to drop your trip contracts at CHHS or email to Mr. Rinn  You will be invoiced for the deposit of $137 due on May 30 in a secure email.   In order to maintain the advertised cost, we must fill a minimum number of 40 travelers. When registration reaches 54 we will begin a waiting list in order of the date and time the registration form is received. 

3 Easy Steps for Registration

  1. Return the signup form to the choir office.

  2. Upon receiving the signup waiver you will emailed a link to register for the trip and setup payment information. You will be invoiced for the deposit and monthly payments as outlined in the signup form. 

  3. Pay the $137 deposit by the deadline upon receiving your secure email invoice.



Please complete the CHAPERONE APPLICATION if you are interested in serving as a parent chaperone on this trip. Chaperones will be selected and notified by May 28, 2019. 


Loss of Student Travel Privileges

Payment of travel fees does not guarantee the student right to travel. Please note that consistent discipline problems in school (both in and out of choir) may result in the loss of travel privileges. Any flagrant offense of school or district policy will result in the loss of travel privileges. Students must maintain academic eligibility in order to engage in travel per our states no pass, no play policy. Students who lose travel privileges for any reason will be refunded at the rate corresponding to their loss of travel privileges in the travel contract. 



Payments will be handled through our tour company, US Integrity Tours. After registration, you will receive email instructions to setup tour payments.
