TMEA Travel Information

SAN ANTONIO - TMEA

 

RECORDING

A professional recording / video will be made of the performance at TMEA. We receive a discount for a bulk order if turned in by January 13. Pricing is dependent upon number of orders that we receive. 

CD/DVD Bundle $35-$40

CD Only $15-$19

DVD Only $25-$30

Please complete this form by Friday, January 12 so that we can turn in our initial order. We will give you an actual amount owed after we determine our group discount price.

Parents / Family members may attend the concert free of charge without a convention badge. If you would like to enter the exhibit hall or see any other parts of the convention you will need a family badge which can be purchased at the convention for $10 in cash.

OKLAHOMA CITY - SWACDA

 

If you plan to attend the concert in Oklahoma City but are not travelling as an official chaperone I will need to be notified before January 26. Please fill out this form too secure entrance to the concert by January 26. 

 

If you would like to book a hotel room at the same Hotel the students are staying at, Hotel Indigo, San Antonio Riverwalk please call the hotel at  405-778-8100 and ask for America Martinez. Tell her you are traveling with the CHHS Panther Choir and you will receive our contracted rate of $134 per night for the stay.

Chorale Parent / Student Meeting Information

We understand that your busy schedule may not have allowed you to attend our Chorale Parent Meeting. Please see the  video presentation for important information concerning the year. Please use the "Get Fit Checklist" below and return it with all forms and paperwork required (available via our FORMS page) with the $55 choir fee. Should payment of this fee be a problem, please return forms and complete the CHHS Choir Expense Contract.

Check that you have all required forms filled out and attached with signatures. Required Forms are Available Here.

Sign into our online system CHARMS and verify emails and contact information for Parents and Students. Instructions for CHARMS LogIn

Station 2: Booster Club Membership

Choose your optional booster club membership level.

Station 3: Optional Choir Merchandise

Station 4: Total

Total All Fees. If you would like to pay online you may do so through CHARMS - there will be a 3% charge for credit processing. No charge for cash of check.

Station 5-8: FOR OFFICE USE - No need to do anything!
